NewAPSL Policies

  1. REFUNDS after season starts: The League DOES NOT offer refunds for Any Reason once the season has started regardless of games played or attended
  2. REFUNDS before season starts: We will ONLY offer refunds for cancellation received before season starts with 10% PENALTY FEE of the Registration Fees, refund method will be by mailing CHECK ONLY, allow up to 2 weeks for check to arrive by Mail
  3. There is a $20 charge for all returned Checks from the Banking Institution
  4. LIABILITY: Every player must sign NewAPSL Waiver and Release of Liability before playing in any games. Players will play at their own risk and understand that sports can be dangerous. The League will be free from liability and does not offer health insurance to injured players
  5. All PLAYERS MUST be at least 18 year of age to play or by approval by NewAPSL Management in advance.
  6. TEAM Captainâ??s e-mail address is MANDATORY. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to keep NewAPSL updated on his/her current e-mail address
  7. PLACEMENT: Sign-up does not guarantee placement. Payment is due for everyone on the team by the sign-up deadline established. Acceptance are not confirmed until payment is received
  8. PRIORITY: Priority or Acceptance is first come, first serve basis
  9. MAKE UP GAMES: Due to excessive inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, Teams may be required to play make up games on a different date and/or location than the original scheduled date/location
  10. There are NO REFUNDS for excessive rainouts, day or location changes, or delays in the season
  11. CONDUCT: Players ejected from a game may be required to serve a one game suspension pending NewAPSL review. FIFA Laws of the game apply. Fighting WILL NOT be tolerated and may result in multi-game suspensions or ejection from the League altogether. Verbal abuse to Officials,Foul Language, and Poor Sportsmanship could also result in a player being ejected from the game / League.
  12. The League reserves the right to EJECT a player from the League for violating the Code of CONDUCT
  13. There are NO REFUNDS for a Player EJECTED from the League for CONDUCT issues
  14. All fees are due on the date of the first league scheduled game without exceptions 
PLAYERS, COACH, BENCH PERSONNEL AND / OR SPECTATORS BEHAVIOR
All players, coaches, bench personnel and spectators will conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the spirit as well as the letter of the Laws of the Game. Referees have been instructed to run the matches according to this spirit and will act accordingly. DISSENT FROM PLAYERS, COACHES, BENCH PERSONNEL, AND/OR SPECTATORS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED; CAUTIONS AND/OR DISMISSALS WILL RESULT. Players are encouraged to play all matches with intensity and desire. However, UNNECESSARY PHYSICAL PLAY, PARTICULARLY WITH THE INTENT TO INJURE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED; CAUTIONS AND/OR DISMISSALS WILL RESULT FROM SUCH ACTIONS. The manager/coach will be responsible for the behavior of their fans and the referee will have the authority to warn and ultimately send off, any manager/coach whose fans behave in an abusive or disruptive manner.
Coaches, bench personnel or spectators dismissed from a match are banned from further tournament participation. Dismissed coaches, bench personnel or spectators within â??sightâ?? or â??soundâ?? of his/her teams match(s) may be grounds for his/her team(s) being disqualified from the tournament. Players dismissed for fighting may be banned from further tournament participation. Teams are responsible for adhering to this rule. Any team playing a dismissed player outside of this rule will be disqualified from the tournament and all matches played by the team will be ruled to have been a forfeit.


THE LEAGUE DIRECTORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PARTICIPATION OF A TEAM IN THE LEAGUE IF THE BEHAVIOR OF THE PLAYERS, COACHES, BENCH PERSONNEL AND/OR SPECTATORS CREATES THE ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH A MATCH OR MATCHES CANNOT BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE SPIRIT AND LETTER OF THE LAWS.
